Faithfulness – The character of one who can be relied on, to be faithful, to be trusted.

I Corinthian 4:2 Paul reminds us that we are all stewards in God's economy. A steward is one that is given responsibility for the property of another. We are stewards of the time, talent, gifts, and money that God has left us with. We are held accountable for our faithfulness with everything entrusted to us.
Hebrews 10:24-25 When we decide that we don't have to show up at the church house for service we are actually telling God and the entire body of believers that “we are not faithful” in that which we know is right. Plus, we are neglecting opportunity for spiritual growth and leaving the responsibilities that we have to this church body to someone else to get done.
Matthew 18:21-22 Jesus taught us that we should be faithful and quick to forgive others.
QUESTION: WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF EVERYONE WAS AS FAITHFUL AS YOU?
Luke 16:10 Jesus reminds us that it is our nature to be predictable in our faithfulness. It can be easily determined by others what the depth of commitment is to the tasks each of us undertakes for God.

Ephesians 6:1-3; John 19:26-27 As the Lord Jesus taught us, as children, we have a responsibility to be faithful to our parents for as long as they live.
Titus 2:3-5 Mothers need to be faithful in fulfilling their family and church responsibilities.
Ephesians 6:4 We that are fathers need to make sure that we are faithful in all our duties.
Luke 4:16 Jesus was faithful in His attendance to God's house. He studied and learned all He could.
I John 1:9 Jesus continues to be faithful in His forgiveness. He never says no when we are sorry.
Lamentations 3:22-23 The mercy and compassion from our Lord shows His faithfulness to us.
Psalm 119:86, 138 We can always depend on the faithfulness of God's word, how about our word?
I Thessalonians 5:23-24 Paul reminds the church that God is faithful toward us and will finish the work that He started in us by preserving us in total (body, soul, and spirit) blameless unto the coming of Jesus Christ for His church.
