WHEN THE CHILDREN ASK
THE FATHERS
I. What is a memorial?
A.
It is a marker of identification for generations to come.
B.
It is usually made of rock or marble in order that it may last for
generations.

A memorial usually reflects the values of the people who erected it.
D.
It leaves a permanent connection between the people who erected it and
the generations to come.
E. It is a source of inspiration, education,
and values for future generations.
II. Notice the foresight that God used to
direct Joshua:

and a mandate from God, to be godly.
